Dishes & Dialogue (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a hospitality media show and website run from Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit dishesanddialogue.com or interact with our content, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because we collect very little.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers above, or where we are required to by law. Some of these providers are based overseas, which means your information may be processed outside Australia.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email dishesanddialogue@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it or de-identify it.
